After purchasing a web hosting plan, go log in to your cPanel. In this experiment, we use Youstable hosting cPanel/Direct panel, but all the shared hosting service providers are provided the same types of cPanel which help you to easily create a custom email account in your hosting plan, after reading the full article.
1.Step : So after opening your hosting cPanel and selecting on “Email Manager” option and click “Email Accounts”. otherwise, click your cPanel search box and type “Email account” and click it. like the below image.

2.Step : On the next Email account page simply click the CREATE ACCOUNT button. If you have already created an email account then they are automatically shown on this page below.
3.Step: On the next create email account page simply fill in some info, like – username, password, email space size, and email sending limits.
- Username like – contact, info, support @yourdomain.com
- Password – we recommend entering a strong password like #[email protected]
- Email Space – It totally depends on how many your email receiving and sending process. in my case I recommend 100 MB to 1GB its perfect for all users.
- @ Send Limits – You just enter a number like how many emails you will send every day. that is.
After filling in the all info go click the “CREATE ACCOUNT” button.
4.Step : After clicking the “CREATE ACCOUNT” button you will show a popup message like the below images, you just click the close icon and close it. (When showing the message then you think your email account has been created)
5.Step : When you click the close button then you again back to the “Email account” page and you will see your email account which is created.
Next, click the “Check Email” button on another hosting provider cPanel, but in my case, Youstable includes the -> arrow button to manage the email account like the below image. So simply click this option.
6.Step : After clicking the “Click Email” button got opened your email dashboard. Another hosting company cPanel providing on 2-3 third-party email managing software, you just select anyone software and go redirected to the email managing dashboard.
if you try to log out of your email dashboard then scroll down the page and click on the “Logout” button.
7.Step : Next, if you try to send an email to anyone then you click the “Compose” button, and enter the email address to which you sending an email or fill in your subject and email. If you sending any file or image through email, then click the “Attach a file” and upload your file. After completing the details click the “Send” button to send an email.
8.Step : After sending the email you will automatically redirect to your email dashboard and you can easily check your inbox email or access another option.
Next, if you think to delete your email then go back to the email accounts page, and select the email which is deleted. After selecting the email you will show some options like – Suspend, Unsuspend, Delete & Purge.
You simply select the Delete option and you will show a popup in this popup click the delete option and finally deleted your email. Eg. the below images.
